Before introduce our water ionizer to you, there is no one mentioned to you that water source will effect to the water ionizer. For instance, the water ionizer might produce ionized water as well in Japan within 1 year. But same unit in hard water area may work just 3-6 months.

Soft water and hard water

You may say, water is a fluid, how to differentiate it's hard or soft? What we say the 'hardness' of water here, is not like our usual concern. We talk about the amount of mineral ions it dissolved, especially calcium and magnesium ions. Usually, contains over 250 parts per million (PPM) of mineral salt can be considered as hard water. The hardness is come from dissolving the minerals from bedrock. If use the TDS meter to measure your tap water over 70(PPM) which means the tap water is hard water. Most of countries are hard water area. Therefore, the water ionizer will have mineral ions build-up in electrode problem. If the mineral ions build-up in the electrode then the ionized water still light alkaline water but without negative charge of ORP.  As we mentioned before that drinking ionized water is for the negative charge of ORP not the alkaline of the water. Most of water ionizer has the problem of mineral build-up with the electrode within 3-12 month. Who will accept that spend the money and get the alkaline water only? If you have the water ionizer, please check the ORP of your water ionizer. If your ORP meter measurement is below negative charge of -250MV. We will suggest you solve this problem.
